- 1 bag Organic Arugula
- 3 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil )
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pink Salt
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 1 Avocado
- In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice and olive oil.
- In a large bowl; mix arugula, pine nuts and avocado.
