The OG Bowl
- 1 cup Rotisserie chicken – shredded
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 2 cups fresh Spinach
- 1 clove of Garlic - pressed
- Sauté garlic and sweat until aromatic over medium high heat, then add spinach and stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until spinach is sautéed.
- Place spinach in bowl and add chicken, avocado, and cashews. Enjoy!
