Ingredients
- 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 tbsp mct oil
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1-1.5 cups liquid (unsweetened nut milk or water)
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts, for topping
Directions
- Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- For an extra crunch, top with hemp hearts.
