BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

Skip that carb and sugar loaded muffin and instead try this sweet  smoothie.  The nut butter and blueberries in this smoothie pair nicely to recreate the comforting flavor of a blueberry muffin.

  • 1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp of Any Nut Butter of choice
  • 1 Serving Raw Fiber Powder or 2 Tbsp Chia 
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Nut Milk
  • Blueberries & Hemp Seeds to top

MOJITO


This smoothie has the tart and sweet flavor of a mojito cocktail without all the sugar and alcohol, making it a perfect alternative for when all your friends are having drinks.

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • Lime
  • Mint leaves
  • Spinach
  • Coconut Water
