Using all of the nutritious elements of an oatmeal cookie without the added sugar and blending them into a smoothie that is equally as delicious, but fiber-rich and protein-packed.

Ingredients

  • 1 Serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp of Any Nut Butter of choice
  • 1 Serving Raw Fiber Powder
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 2-3 cups Nut Milk
  • Cinnamon & Nutmeg (to top)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend to desired consistency.
