01What is your return and refund policy?
If your product is unopened, then we will happily return or exchange it for any reason. Just contact us, and we will be happy to process your return, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. No questions asked.
If you have already opened the product, we might still be able to work something out. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your concerns.
02Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Due to local government regulations, we are still trying to determine an international shipping strategy. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you continue to follow our newsletter to see what’s cooking!
03Will I owe import fees if I live outside of the United States?
If you live outside of the U.S., you may be subject to import taxes and/or duty. For instance, unless specifically exempted, this is true of importing our product to Canada. Refer to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) website for more information.
