Ingredients

Coconut Cream:

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp inulin powder

Sugar-free strawberry chia ‘glaze’:

  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

Sugar-Free Strawberry Chia 'Glaze':

  1. For the chia glaze, add fresh strawberries and chia seeds to a small bowl. Use a muddler to mash the strawberries until a jam-like consistency forms.

Coconut Cream:

  1. Add 2 tbsp of coconut milk to a small bowl. Mix in 1 tsp of inulin powder until well combined.

Fab 4 Smoothie:

  1. Place all the ingredients. Blend on high.
  2. In a large glass, add coconut cream to the sides of your cup along with 2 tbsp of the strawberry chia glaze to the bottom of your cup.
  3. Pour the smoothie into the glass. Enjoy!
