High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream | Ninja Creami Recipe

If you’ve been craving something sweet and creamy without the sugar crash, this one’s for you. This High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream Ice Cream has quickly become my go-to treat—whether it’s post-workout or just when I want something satisfying and blood sugar-friendly to end the night.

If you know me, you know I’m a minimalist when it comes to kitchen appliances. Chris and I like things simple, functional, and clutter-free. But after being tagged in more Ninja Creami recipes than smoothie recipes (seriously!), I finally decided to hop on board—and I'm officially hooked.

For my first creation, I brought together two of my favorite flavors: chocolate and peanut butter. The result? A creamy, indulgent dessert that’s low in sugar, high in protein, and seriously delicious. It’s proof that eating for blood sugar balance doesn’t mean giving up your favorite foods—it just means being intentional with what you put on your plate, or in this case, your ice cream bowl! With Be Well Protein Powder at the core, every bite delivers clean, quality protein to help you feel full, energized, and in control—no crash required.

And the best part? This recipe is incredibly versatile. The mix-in options are endless! I went with Simple Mills peanut butter cookies and Hu dark chocolate chunks for a sweet crunch, but you can easily swap in chopped nuts, a swirl of peanut butter, or even a sprinkle of coconut flakes. Customize it to fit your cravings and make it your own!
