Ingredients

  • 4-6 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups almonds and or cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 serving Be Well By Kelly Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup flax meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except the chopped pecans to a food processor and process until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Once the dough is formed, hand mix in chopped pecans.
  3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, and enjoy!

Tip: Store extra in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
