Ingredients

  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1-1.5 cups liquid (unsweetened nut milk or water) 

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
