The freshest sip to start your day. While this Strawberry Basil smoothie is good at any time of year, I especially love it on a hot, summer day. It’s sort of like protein shake meets creamy mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 avocado to thicken or 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk or water

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
