Hydrating Salted Double Dark Chocolate Frosty Smoothie

This was the perfect salty protein sweet treat to beat the heat. I am currently getting back into hot yoga after a 5-year baby-making and feeding hiatus and it feels so SO good. But as I level up my workouts again, I need to ensure more than ever that I am fueling up right and replenishing the electrolytes lost during my sweat session. Adding in my favorite LMNT electrolyte packets to my fab four smoothies is my favorite way to stay hydrated and refuel post-workout.

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 serving BWBK chocolate protein
  • 1 @drinklmnt chocolate salt
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • Ice- optional to make it thicker


  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend on high
  2. Optional: For a thicker consistency, add in 3-5 ice cubes
