Low-Sugar Vanilla Sprinkle Cone Ice Cream with 28g Protein | Ninja Creami Recipe

Vanilla Sprinkle Cone Ice Cream feels like childhood but functions for grown-up health. As a nutritionist who specializes in blood sugar balance, I'm always looking for ways to help clients enjoy the tastes and textures that bring them back to a happy place – without the blood sugar roller coaster.

My latest Ninja Creami creation – Vanilla Sprinkle Cone Ice Cream – does all that and more. It’s perfect as a post workout snack or guilt-free indulgence. It gives a fun crunch and nostalgic sweetness that satisfies a sweet tooth without the sugar overload.

Be Well Vanilla Sprinkle Cone Ice Cream holds an impressive profile:

  • Creamy, smooth, sweet, and irresistibly nostalgic
  • Packed with 28 grams of protein to support satiety and stabilize blood sugar
  • A mind-blowing sugar content of only 4 grams and 8 g carbs total!

Using the Creami, this recipe is incredibly easy and endlessly customizable. The base is made from Be Well by Kelly grass-fed vanilla protein powder and unsweetened almond milk, creating a silky smooth, high-protein foundation that’s subtly sweet without the sugar.

Then comes the fun part! Customize it with crunchy grain-free graham cracker “cone” pieces and dye-free sprinkles – bringing in that classic childhood ice cream shop vibe without the artificial additives or blood sugar spike.

Whether you’re supporting hormone health, managing cravings, or just want a macro-friendly dessert that doesn’t taste “healthy,” this Vanilla Sprinkle Cone is sure to become your new favorite guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly grass-fed vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus a splash for remixing)
  • Grain-free graham cracker crumbs to taste, about 2-3 tablespoons (I used Simple Mills)
  • Dye-free sprinkles to taste, about 1-2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. In the Ninja Creami pint container, combine the vanilla protein powder and 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. Stir or whisk until fully blended and smooth.
  2. Secure the lid on the pint and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours until fully solid.
  3. Remove the pint from the freezer and insert into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the "Lite Ice Cream" setting and process once.
  4. Add a splash (about 1–2 tablespoons) of almond milk to the pint. Replace the lid and remix on the "Re-Spin" setting to achieve a creamy texture.
  5. Remix x2. Repeat step 4 once more.
  6. Remove the pint from the machine. Add grain-free graham cracker crumbs and dye-free sprinkles. Place the pint back into the machine and use the "Mix-In" setting to evenly incorporate the mix-ins.
  7. Serve! Scoop immediately and enjoy your creamy, protein-packed vanilla ice cream.
