I love using an herbal tea, spa water, or homemade lemonade or limeade as the liquid in my smoothie, like in this pretty green smoothie. It will increase your water consumption, lower your intake of gums and emulsifiers from nut milks, and it might save you a few bucks. What’s not to love!
