For a Hot Peppermint Mocha:

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
  3. In a blender or using a hand held frother, combine Be Well Chocolate Mint Protein Powder with the warm almond milk. Blend or whisk until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour the frothy protein-milk mixture over the espresso.
  5. Optional: Top with keto marshmallows or sugar-free coconut cream for extra indulgence.

For an Iced Peppermint Mocha:

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
  2. In a blender or using a hand held frother, combine Be Well Chocolate Mint Protein Powder with ½ cup almond milk. Blend or whisk until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour over the ice in a tall glass. Add the cooled espresso shots and remaining almond milk.
