Caramel Apple Pie Fab Four Smoothie

It’s a dessert for breakfast kind of smoothie. Only this Caramel Apple Pie Smoothie uses the magic of the Fab Four to balance blood sugar with the combination of protein, fat, fiber and greens.

Lightly sweetened with a date and quarter of a green apple, this smoothie boasts MCT oil (fat!), Be Well beef isolate protein powder (protein!) and flaxseeds (fiber!) which work synergistically to blunt any blood sugar spike you might otherwise have if you had apples and dates alone.

That’s why I love the Fab Four. You don’t have to cut out fruits or other foods you love. You just need to know how to eat them in a way that will keep your blood sugar stable.
