- 1 Serving Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder (Primal Kitchen - use "kelly" for a 10% discount)
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1-2 tbsp Chia Seed
- Squeeze juice of Lemon
- Handful Spinach
- 1 small persian Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
- 1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk
Blend until desired texture is reached, optional add ice and blend again.
