 If you don't have the time to go to the spa, this spa smoothie is a perfect way to start your day in a relaxing way.


  • 1 Serving Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder (Primal Kitchen - use "kelly" for a 10% discount)

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 1-2 tbsp Chia Seed

  • Squeeze juice of Lemon

  • Handful Spinach

  • 1 small persian cucumber

  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk


Blend until desired texture is reached, optional add ice and blend again.
