Honestly, this course should probably be in schools. Love the course, goes over everything. I have the books but still loved the courses where Kelly was going through her kitchen/fridge. Visuals can make a difference. Kelly is so sweet to listen to as well!

Great Information
I have read both Body Love and Body Love Every Day and this course was an excellent supplement to that information! I began making Fab 4 smoothies a part of my daily routine 3 years ago when a friend told me about them. I wasn't ready to fully embrace the Fab 4 fully back then, but 2 months ago, I decided to learn more and do more to improve my metabolic health. I started working with a functional physician and re read the books, started listening to Kelly's podcast, and aligned my eating habits with Fab 4's structure and have seen an improvement in satiety, energy and body composition. This course provided even more clarity on how to practice the Fab 4 as I enjoy vacations, holidays and life in general!!
