Love the content!
I love the content of the videos and how easy she makes it to follow along and apply in your life. I do have trouble getting through everything in the time frame so I wish that was a bit longer but overall, I would recommend it to anyone.

Gives Me Confidence
Love learning all the science behind everything! I never got to do my zoom meeting, though.
Kelly gives way too much science and way too many details…. But I LOVE IT. Her PDF guides that go along with the courses help break things down when you need a refresher. She really inspired me to give my son a variety of foods. I can excitedly say at 7 months old he enjoys homemade miso soup, Indian spiced lentils, Serenity Kids wild caught salmon pouches, and even naturally fermented pickles! We keep him under 5g of sugar per packaged food, which is HARD to do in this industry. I’m blown away by the junk and sweets our babies are expected to eat. I would have never known better! I’m so excited for what a difference this will make in his life. Thank you, Kelly!
This was such a great course-highly recommend! Feeding your kids can be so overwhelming with all the information out there. Kelly gives solid, research backed advice and allows the parent to feel confident that their kids can get what they need to grow and develop without it being so complicated! I am still referring to the course notes on certain things and I finished the course a couple months ago!
