Ingredients

  • 1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1-2 tbsp MCT oil

  • 1-2 tbsp chia

  • Spinach

  • 2-3 cups nut milk

  • Matcha (flavoring)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend to desired consistency.
