Ingredients

  • 1 - 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (or ice)
  • 1 tbsp sugar free pumpkin spice seasoning

Directions

  1.  Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
