- 1/2 cup Coconut water (add more for thinner consistency)
- 1/4 cup Coconut meat
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- Remove the coconut meat from a coconut and pour out the excess liquid.
- Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture back in the coconut and top with granola.
