- 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water (add more for thinner consistency)
- 1/4 cup coconut meat
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Toppings: Grain-free granola
- Remove the coconut meat from a coconut and pour out the excess liquid.
- Place all the ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture back in the coconut (or serving bowl) and top with grain-free granola.
