Healthy and Nutritious Lean and Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped kale
  • 1 small Persian cucumber
  • 1 stock of celery
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 1/4 avocado, large or 1/2 avocado, small
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk (from NOW Foods - code KELLY for 20% off)
  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk or water
  • Optional: Handful of ice cubes to cool

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender except ice. Blend for 1 minute until yogurt texture is present.
  2. Add ice to blender to cool and blend for another minute.
