Healthy and Nutritious Lean and Green Smoothie Recipe

This is a morning lifesaver, a bowel generator, detox creator and overall wellness maker!

By drinking your morning meal your body isn’t using energy to break down your breakfast, the smoothie moves directly into your intestines allowing your body to efficiently use your stored energy for cleansing. 

 


 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-4 Ice cubes
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Scoop Raw fiber

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender except ice. Blend for 1 minute until yogurt texture is present.
  2. Add ice to cool smoothie, blend for another minute and serve.
