DIY Matcha Latte with Homemade Almond Milk

DIY Matcha Latte with Homemade Almond Milk

Save the money and skip the sugar. Make your matcha at home with my DIY Matcha Latte with Homemade Almond Milk. Better for your budget and your body, this latte is creamy and comforting and so, so easy to make!

With three times the caffeine as normal steeped green tea, matcha is a natural energy booster and can combat chronic fatigue. It’s also a very good source of the amino acid L-theanine, which is important for a calm alertness and cognitive function. Matcha stimulates the mind without inducing drowsiness, unlike the caffeine crash that some experience after too much coffee.

I like to have this Matcha Latte alongside a Fab Four smoothie for the ultimate elevating morning experience.

If you love matcha as much as me, then you’ll want to give my other matcha recipes a try, too:

Finally, my favorite clean sources of matcha are either from Pique Tea (use code BEWELL) or Matchaful (use code BEWELLBYKELLY).
