  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • Primal Kitchen Buffalo sauce
  • Primal Kitchen Ranch dressing


  1. De-stem and chop up your cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  2. Dust your cauliflower with arrowroot flour for an extra crispy bite.
  3. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees and air fry the cauliflower for 15 minutes, tossing half way.
  4. Once crispy, toss the cauliflower in garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and Primal Kitchen Buffalo sauce.
  5. Serve with Primal Kitchen ranch dressing. Enjoy!
