Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Be Well by Kelly Vanilla Grass-fed Beef Protein
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric or turmeric blend
  • 1/4 cup organic raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk or water

Toppings (Optional):

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened organic coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp unsalted slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend to desired consistency.
  2. Add your desired toppings, and enjoy!
