Ingredients
- 1 scoop Be Well by Kelly Vanilla Grass-fed Beef Protein
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric or turmeric blend, like my Be Sweet Blend
- 1 cups organic raspberries (optional)
- 1-1.5 cups liquid (unsweetened nut milk or water)
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp unsweetened organic coconut shreds
- 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp unsalted slivered almonds
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend to desired consistency.
