Black Friday 2024: The Intentionalist’s Gift Guide

I give the Be Well way: intentionally chosen, high-quality gifts only.

There are few things I enjoy more than finding a special something I know my person will love. And true to my heart, most of the gifts I choose further the mission and values I believe in. Whether that means making choices for products that are non-toxic, promote movement, or nourish my loved ones from the inside out, nothing says “I love you!” like a mindfully chosen gift!

Here’s what will be under my tree this year for the people I care about most…

Beauty Buff + Stocking Staples

Jones Road Mascara - Founded by the Bobbi Brown (did you catch our conversation on the birth of the brand?!), Jones Road is her line of non-toxic “no makeup makeup.” Perfect for looking fab, but *make it healthy.* This is my holy grail mascara that goes on smooth and plumps without the clumps.

Saie Slip Tint - The stars speak for themselves. My go-to non-toxic skin tint + SPF is natural, buildable, and has a wide selection of shades to choose from. With hyaluronic acid, I can wear this all day and still feel hydrated by evening. Perfect for beauty lovers in any skin stage, from pre-teen to mature.

OneSkin Best Sellers Bundle*- I’m absolutely sold on this science-driven technology. Not just because of the research, but because I’ve seen and felt the results. OneSkin offers a simple regimen with transformative results. A luxe gift for girlfriends, sisters, and mom, too! Use code BEWELL for 15% off your first purchase. P.S. OneSkin is currently offering up to $100 off for Cyber Monday (not stackable with partner discount codes).

Mouth Tape - If you want to give the gift of deeper sleep, fuller recovery, and health benefits well beyond that, then slip this mouth tape into the stocking. It’s a nightly non-negotiable for me!

Be Well Lemon Essential Amino Acids - Gift the ultimate upgrade to his or her morning! My Essential Amino Acids are especially beneficial for body composition and brain health. What better way to bring in the New Year?!

Be Well Woman

Parachute Robe - The perfect weight for an all-year-long robe for a SoCal native. You can easily cook breakfast in it, throw it on after a bath instead of a towel, or use it as a light blanket. A daily staple, but elevated.

Jenni Kayne - I love a JK sweater! They’re perfect over a summer dress or with your fav mom jeans. When I think of timeless pieces made with the kind of quality that will wear well and last for years, Jenni Kayne is it.

Jeans - A classic jean that can be dressed up for dinner or kept casual for the sideline of a soccer game. These fit like a glove and hug all the right places.

327 - I like a cute around-town tennis shoe that’s sturdy enough for an impromptu workout if I’m in a pinch. This popular shoe fits the bill for both. Pick a fun color or grab something that can be worn with anything in the closet. (Or, this great replacement for an all white tenny.)

Loafer - Classic, chic, and works with any pair of pants I own. I’m here for the return of loafers, and this pair in particular is classic and feminine.

The Men

Print - I’m gifting a print for Chris’s nightstand – his favorite surf break! I’m going with a clean maple frame. I love a gift that says I support what you love and reminds them to take time for themselves.

Florence Jacket, Rashguard with visor or the Burgee T - A surf brand that feels elevated and classic. Love that so many of these pieces transition from beach to ballgame to any other activity where he wants to feel comfy but pulled together.

Kore Short or Strato Tech Tee - From weekend coffee to workout, these cover it all. Vuori is a go-to brand for any of my gifting needs – quality pieces with great cuts. Use my link to snag 20% off your first order, plus free shipping on orders over $75.

Squeeze Massage Gift Card - Personal time isn't just for the ladies! I am gifting Chris a squeeze massage and a chance to sneak out for some downtime. You’d be surprised at how much your man would love this!

The Little Loves

I’m always thinking about fun and exciting ways to get my kids moving, playing together, learning in the kitchen, and building with both their hands and their imaginations!

MOVEMENT:

Woom Bikes* - We’re huge fans of the Woom for their innovative design, light + easily maneuverable body, and that they offer bikes made for every stage. The bike that makes movement fun!

Bern Helmets - From skating to scooting to biking the trails, this is the helmet I trust to protect my boys’ brains (after a lot of research!). Multi-directional impact system protection means mom can relax a little more.

MEANINGFUL:

Mama Song - Have a song written for your kids to play in the car about how special they are. Put the song in a teddy for them to cuddle. Let them hear how much they’re loved whenever they want.

Artkive - We had our boys' artwork made into books for them to put under the tree. This is such a special way to show them how proud you are of their creations!

Frame - Put a photo of a special memory you had together from the past year in a frame for their nightstand. I love that my boys get to see us together and be reminded of the special moments we’ve had every time they walk into their bedroom.

MOTOR:

Tracks - I like re-excite my boys to play with toys we already have. These tracks are the perfect way to mix up your Magnetiles. Or if you have loads of Hot Wheels, we still love our Blutrack, so I am adding a few ramps.

Clixo - These bend into so many possibilities, and they store easily in your playroom. I love that these build their imaginations while surprising me with the creations they come up with!

Family

Games - These give the whole family an opportunity to connect and spend time together. Some of our faves: Uno, Go Fish, and Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza are great card games for stockings. Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Guess Who, Yeti in my Spaghetti are LeVeque family favorites.

Books - The World Needs Who You Were Meant to Be by Joanna Gaines, Pick a Pine Tree - Christmas are two of our current favorites.

Cooking Together - Bashy has this, and I am giving Taschen his set this Christmas! It’s my way of telling him I love spending time together in the kitchen, and inviting him into my world!
