Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad Airfryer Recipe

I love having only one thing to clean instead of my rice pot, bean pot, and chicken pan. This meal only took 15 minutes and it was enough food to feed the whole family - which we need because my boys expect a mountain of food on their plate.

  • 1 can of beans - rinsed
  • 1 cup of rice - rinsed
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
  • Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
  • Red bell peppers - chopped
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Cucumbers - sliced
  • Tomatoes - sliced


  1. Rinse your beans and rice and place at the bottom of your Ninja along with 2 cups of water.
  2. Slice your chicken breast in half and coat in Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce.
  3. Add sliced peppers and chicken to second tier of the Ninja.
  4. Set your Ninja to speedi meals and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. While your chicken, rice, and beans are cooking, chop salad ingredients - we love cilantro, tomatoes, romaine and cucumbers.
  6. Place your cut veggies in a bowl and drizzle with Primal Kitchen Ranch.
  7. Once your chicken is ready, chop into bite-sized pieces and add on top of your salad along with rice, beans, and bell peppers. Enjoy!
