Cauliflower Crust Pizza for Kids

I am always brainstorming new ways to get my kids involved in the kitchen and giving them more freedom to make their own food choices.

Pizza night is a great way to expose your kids to new foods and get them involved in the cooking process! Not only was it a fun little 10 minute activity, but my boys devoured 1/2 of it and ate 7 different types of vegetables, 15 grams of protein and over 10 grams of fiber.
