Ingredients

  • 1 large casava or almond flour wrap - using Siete
  • 1 serving turkey or chicken
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup romaine, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¹⁄₈ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful sprouts
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayo
