  • 1 large casava or almond flour wrap - using Siete
  • 1 serving cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup romaine, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¹⁄₈ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful sprouts
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayo


  1. Warm your grain-free over a medium heat for a few seconds on each side to help the wrap become malleable.
  2. Layer all ingredients into the wrap and drizzle or spread on your desired condiments. Wrap tightly.
