Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Be Well By Kelly Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoons acacia fiber
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or a fresh ginger turmeric shot)
  • 1-1.5 cups filtered water or unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend to desired consistency.
