I love starting my day with a super green smoothie and this Green Ginger Smoothie definitely fits the bill! Ginger is known for suppressing nausea, especially during morning sickness. It’s also thought to improve inflammatory conditions, play a role in blood sugar control, and support digestion—all benefits that fit nicely into the Fab 4 world!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop BWBK vanilla protein powder containing 20+ grams of protein
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 2 tablespoons acacia fiber
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or a fresh ginger turmeric shot)
  • 1-2 cups filtered water or unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend to desired consistency.
