Protein Banana Bread Recipe

Heather's Famous Grain-Free Walnut Protein Banana Bread

I almost forgot how easy and delicious this high-protein banana bread was. Next time you have a few extra ripe bananas on hand, you'll want to throw them in a bowl and make this recipe. I add in a scoop of my Be Well By Kelly protein powder, and each slice comes out to 10 grams of protein, loaded with whole foods, healthy fats, and fiber that the whole family will enjoy.

  • 3 Organic Medium Bananas
  • ¼ Cup coconut flour
  • 5 Organic Eggs
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 scoop of the Be Well By Kelly Protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined
  3. Grease loaf pan using coconut oil (I use a piece of baking parchment paper also to prevent sticking)
  4. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
  5. Lastly, top it off with butter or a drizzle of olive oil on top with a little salt
