Refined Sugar Free, Non-Dairy Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Here is a high protein snack that tastes like cookie dough, is filled with fiber and fats to keep you full in between meals, and one that even your kids will love.

These chocolate chip protein balls are life savors to meal prep at the start of the week when you want a quick snack and need some extra protein. They are fiber-filled and packed with Be Well by Kelly protein for a clean bite-sized treat to keep your glucose levels balanced.

  • 4-6 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups almonds and or cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 serving Be Well By Kelly vanilla protein
  • ¼ cup flax meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Hu Kitchen dark chocolate chips


  1. Food process everything except the chocolate chips until smooth dough is formed
  2. Hand mix in chocolate chips
  3. Roll dough into balls and refrigerate
