Vegan 'Cheesy' Oven Roasted Frozen Green Beans

Let's turn frozen green beans into a delicious vegan-friendly side dish that the whole family will love! This dish is so quick and simple, elevating ordinary green beans into a flavorful and wholesome side dish.

With Bash's dairy allergy, we are always looking for ways to get creative in the kitchen and add that 'cheesy' flavor to dishes. That's where nutritional yeast comes in! Nutritional yeast is a plant-based alternative, known for its cheesy and nutty flavor profile, adding a delicious umami richness without any dairy. This versatile ingredient not only enhances the taste but also provides essential nutrients like B vitamins, making it a nutritious choice for my dairy-free friends.

With a blend of simple ingredients and a touch of creativity, these roasted green beans promise to elevate any meal. Whether you're serving a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests, this recipe is sure to impress both vegans and non-vegans alike with its irresistible 'cheesy' goodness and crisp oven-roasted texture.
