Ingredients

  • 1 Serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 Large Date (or one small)
  • 1/4 Green Apple
  • 2 Tbsp. MCT Oil or Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 2 cups unsweetened Nut Milk

Directions

1.     Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
