Ingredients

  • 1 Serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Walnut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Nut Milk of choice
  • Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Walnuts (to top)

Directions

  1.     Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
