Coconut Cream Fab 4 Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 serving Be Well by Kelly vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut meat
- 1-1.5 cups liquid (unsweetened nut milk or water)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut, for topping
Directions
- Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
