  • 1 Serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 Serving Raw Fiber Powder
  • 1-3 Dates
  • Nut Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink or Coarse Sea Salt (to top)

Directions

  1.  Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
