If you don't have the time to go to the spa, this spa smoothie is a perfect way to start your day in a relaxing way. Sit back and relax while sipping on this delicious green smoothie filled with hydrating, skin-loving ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of Be Well by Kelly vanilla protein powder OR your favorite vanilla protein powder containing 20 to 30 grams of protein.
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp Chia Seed
  • ½ to 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1 small persian cucumber (frozen for thicker consistency)
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk

Directions

  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until desired texture is reached, optional add ice and blend again.
