Ingredients
- 1 serving of Be Well by Kelly vanilla protein powder OR your favorite vanilla protein powder containing 20 to 30 grams of protein.
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1-2 tbsp Chia Seed
- ½ to 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 small persian cucumber (frozen for thicker consistency)
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
- 1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk
Directions
- Add all your ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until desired texture is reached, optional add ice and blend again.
