Be Well Vinaigrette Dressing

This is a clean, simple dressing with a ton of flavor to dress any salad, greens or crunchy veggies.

Be Well Vinaigrette is the perfect way to dress your greens for a healthy fat component, and by making it home you can ensure your decreasing your omega-6 intake and adding in heart-healthy, monounsaturated fats from the olive oil. Olive oil has even shown to curb sugar cravings, satisfy your hunger, and support fat burning when you sleep. Plus, when paired with vinegar, this dressing is an effective way to lower blood sugar levels.

  • 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar (red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar work well, too)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil


Blender Bottle Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender bottle and shake until the dressing emulsifies completely.
  2. Pull out of the fridge 30 minutes before use to let the oil liquefy.
  3. Shake and use to dress your salad.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Whisk Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and salt until the salt has dissolved.
  2. While whisking, slowly add the oil and whisk until emulsified.

Store in the fridge for up to a week.
