Be Well Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

This is a clean, simple dressing with a ton of flavor to dress any salad, greens or crunchy veggies.

  • 1/4-1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar, Champagne vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender bottle and shake until the dressing emulsifies completely.
  2. Pull out of the fridge 30 minutes before use to let the oil liquefy.
  3. Shake and use to dress your salad.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
