Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar, Champagne vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender bottle and shake until the dressing emulsifies completely.
- Pull out of the fridge 30 minutes before use to let the oil liquefy.
- Shake and use to dress your salad.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
