My Favorite Kale Caesar Salad

This is an all time favorite salad of mine that the whole family will love!

Making dressing at home is a great way to steer clear of unnecessary ingredients that can make a seemingly healthy meal quite unhealthy.


  • Kale
  • Avocado
  • Hemp seeds

Dairy Free Dressing:

  • 1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast

Creamy Ceasar Dressing: 

  • 1/2 Cup Primal Mayo
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan

Homemade Croutons 

  • 1 cup cubed Gluten Free Bread
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp kerrygold herbed butter


  1. Set your over to 350 degrees. Cube gluten free bread and drizzle with olive oil. Optional: Melt herbed butter and pour over top the bread before toasting.
  2. To create the dressing, add all the ingredients into a small bowl and wish together.
  3. Finely chop your kale and pour the dressing over top. Massage the dressing into the kale to soften.
  4. Add avocado, 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, and croutons over top.
