Matcha Chia Pudding with Coconut Cream

Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp matcha
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 Avocado
Directions
- Blend together coconut milk, Matcha and optional avocado. Pour over the chia seeds.
- Let sit overnight.
- Optional blend 1/4 avocado into matcha coconut milk and pour over chia.
- Whip coconut cream with 1-3 drops organic vanilla stevia and layer or top with cream.
