Ingredients

  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk or water
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs, for topping

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients in high speed blender until smooth. Add ice to cool.
  2. Top with cacao nibs.
