- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of greens (Kale, spinach)
- 1 tbsp mct oil
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- Hemp hearts to top
Directions
