Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful of greens (Kale, spinach)
  • 1 tbsp mct oil
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Hemp hearts to top

Directions
