Be Well Protein Hot Chocolate Chai Latte

I always tell my clients to replace before you remove. Instead of a regular chai latte (42g of sugar), try this double chocolate collagen-loaded version that you can make at home (totally sugar-free + high in protein!).

One of my favorite recipes during the winter months is my Be Well Protein Hot Chocolate, but I decided to whip up a Chai Latte using LMNT's new limited edition Chocolate Chai flavor - and it was 10/10. It's the perfect mid-morning or post-meal treat during the winter months to calm cravings, improve mental clarity, and replenish electrolytes.   1. In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of nut milk to a boil, then reduce to a simmer before transferring to a blender with a vented lid to allow the steam to escape.
  2. Add LMNT and Be Well protein powder to your blender and blend on high for 10-20 seconds or until frothy.
  3. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!

Tip: For a less salty taste, use 1/4-1/2 LMNT packet initially and add more if desired.
