Anti-Anxiety Ashwagandha Green Fab Four Smoothie

This Ashwagandha Green Smoothie harnesses the power of the medicinal herb, known to reduce anxiety, pain, and other health issues. I love this smoothie to sip on stressful days in order to restore balance to my brain and body.

In addition to ashwagandha, the ingredients in this smoothie are health powerhouses. Blueberries are a low glycemic fruit packed full of anti-inflammatory antioxidants and polyphenols. Chia seeds are rich in both fiber and brain-boosting omega 3s. Spinach is high in vitamin C as well as trace minerals. Coconut oil is a healthy saturated fat that boosts the metabolism and fights unwanted yeasts and pathogens in the digestive tract. Finally, Be Well protein powder is my minimal-ingredient and non-chemical extraction protein powder. It provides essential amino acids to keep the gut, hair, skin, and nails healthy.
