Blood Sugar Reset: Brigid's Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Bowl

Are you tired of “healthy” yogurt breakfast bowls that leave you hungry, tired, and craving something sweet by mid-morning?

Most yogurt bowls are basically a sugar bomb. They lack the protein and healthy fats to keep your blood sugar balanced, and are packed full of sugars – both natural and added – instead.

I built this one to be different…

My protein-packed yogurt bowl is thoughtfully designed to support blood sugar stability and sustained energy. As a functional nutritionist, I always come back to the Fab Four – protein, fat, fiber and greens – to build meals that nourish, stabilize, and satisfy.

Along with optimal protein, healthy fats, and fiber-filled antioxidants – my yogurt bowl offers a little zing of lemon for digestive support and flavor. It’s creamy, grounding, and easy to customize (dairy-free? no problem!). And thanks to the balanced macros, you won’t be reaching for a snack at 10am.`
