Cauliflower Fried Rice Bowl

Chicken Cauliflower Fried Rice Bowl

For when you need a freezer friendly recipe, this one is legit!

This meal was so easy to make using the frozen veggies I had on hand, and fried everything up in one pan (or two if you want to use rice) with my new favorite oil for cooking.

Zero Acres Farms is a fermented oil produced to remove the heat-sensitive omega 6 known to oxidize and cause inflammation. Cultured oil has more heat-stable and heart-healthy monounsaturated fat than even olive oil and avocado oil, and up to 10 times less omega-6 linoleic acid. Plus, it has a 90% smaller environmental footprint than vegetable oil. I can’t wait until every fryer in America replaces its vegetable/ seed oils.
