Viral Green Goddess Salad Recipe

This Green Goddess salad recipe has been all over Tik-Tok, and since I had a bottle of Primal Kitchen Green Goddess dressing in my fridge, it was about time I made my Fab 4 version of it.

Whether you're looking for a light lunch, a refreshing side dish, or a flavorful addition to your dinner spread, this Green Goddess salad is sure to satisfy! Here's a quick breakdown of how we can turn this viral recipe into a Fab 4 approved dish:

I am huge fan of simple salads and letting the dressing be the star of the show. Unfortunately, most store-bought dressings are filled with unhealthy fats, such as refined vegetable oils like soybean or canola oil. These fats are often high in omega-6 fatty acids and low in omega-3s, contributing to inflammation in the body when consumed in excess.

That's why I reach for Primal Kitchen condiments - they are avocado oil-based, dairy-free, and bursting with flavor. Their Green Goddess dressing is the perfect pairing for fresh produce that may otherwise be considered bland, and it makes a delicious marinade for your protein! With its creamy texture and herbaceous flavor, Green Goddess dressing is a versatile condiment that can be used in countless ways to enhance the taste of various dishes.

Whether you're dressing salads, dipping veggies, spreading sandwiches, or marinating proteins, Primal Kitchen Green Goddess dressing adds a delicious and nutritious element to your meals. Ingredients

Protein:

Salad:

  • 2-4 cups savoy cabbage (I prefer a lighter variety but green cabbage works too)
  • 2-4 Persian cucumbers
  • 2 cups of snap peas, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp minced dill
  • 2 tbsp Italian parsley
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Thinly slice your chicken breasts and marinate them in about 1/2 bottle of Primal Kitchen Green Goddess dressing for at least 15-30 minutes.
  3. After marinating, transfer the chicken breasts to a parchment paper lined baking tray and roast for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  4. While the chicken cooks, finely chop your vegetables into bite sized pieces and add them to a large mixing bowl. Pour extra green goddess over the salad and toss to coat.
  5. Top the salad with sliced chicken pieces, and generously salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
