  1. To create your batter, place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Grease your pan with coconut oil and set the stove to medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan and flip after little bubbles appear. Repeat this method until you have used up all your batter. Serve warm with nut butter or grass-fed butter. Enjoy!
