Matcha Chia Pudding with Coconut Cream



  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

  • 2 Tbsp matcha

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • Avocado


  1. Blend together coconut milk, Matcha and optional avocado. Pour over the chia seeds.

  2. Let sit overnight.

  3. Optional blend 1/4 avocado into matcha coconut milk and pour over chia. 

  4. Whip coconut cream with 1-3 drops organic vanilla stevia and layer or top with cream.
